Even in DC, we can find common ground in preserving our natural resources

I recently returned from the Land Trust Alliance’s advocacy days in Washington, D.C. Alongside land trust professionals from across the country, I engaged in policy briefings, agency meetings and conversations with congressional, Department of Agriculture, Forest Service and Department of Energy staff to advocate for land conservation in Massachusetts and the whole country. I was heartened by how seriously and thoughtfully they heard us. Our voices really matter.
