Conservation easement secured for Welcome Table Farm

The future of more than 24 acres of Walla Walla farmland is now secured for agricultural use, protecting nearby fish and wildlife habitat along Yellowhawk Creek. After three years of securing grants and completing paperwork, Welcome Table Farm's conservation easement became reality through partnerships with the Blue Mountain Land Trust, Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office.
