Charles County secures grant for bird habitat

A conservation easement on nearly 110 acres in the Nanjemoy-Mattawoman Forest Rural Legacy Area will advance Charles County land conservation efforts to protect vital stream buffers and habitats for forest interior dwelling bird species.
