Brunswick accepts deal to conserve 240 acres in Maquoit Woods

The Brunswick Town Council voted to accept an offer of $2 million from the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust to create a conservation easement on 240 acres of Maquoit Woods. The easement prohibits development in most of Brunswick's Maquoit Woods property.
