Yolo Land Trust has one simple and vital mission: to conserve farmland in Yolo County. To date, we have partnered with over 40 family farmers who agreed to keep their farms in farming forever. Now, more than 12,200 acres in Yolo County will always grow food. Permanent farmland conservation keeps our rural heritage alive, maintains open space for wildlife, fosters healthy communities, and generates good jobs. All enjoy locally grown food and vistas of almond blossoms, sunflowers, vineyards and tomatoes.
