Five Rivers Conservation Trust is the only land trust focused solely on conserving land in the Greater Capital Region and works to preserve local farms, trails, water resources, wildlife habitat, and landscapes that make our part of New Hampshire so special. We work with landowners to protect undeveloped lands along the rivers and water bodies within our region, as well as other parcels with significant natural resource attributes. Our focus is on sustaining productive farms and forests, wetlands, scenic areas, natural communities, wildlife habitats, and water bodies throughout central New Hampshire.
