Stewardship Manager

The Northeast Wisconsin Land Trust is expanding our staff with a new role to focus on stewarding the lands we protect: both our public preserves and our conservation easements.

NEWLT owns a range of properties throughout the Green Bay watershed and manages them as public preserves. The stewardship manager will be responsible for maintaining these properties, developing and implementing management and restoration projects, and supporting community volunteers in preserve stewardship.

Additionally, NEWLT protects many privately owned properties through conservation easements. The stewardship manager will coordinate annual monitoring of these properties, support the evaluation of potential new properties, and assist in maintaining landowner relationships.

This is a full time position based out of our office in Appleton, WI, with field work at sties throughout the Northeast Wisconsin region. See the link for a full job description and application information.
