Senior Director of Development

Winnakee Land Trust is looking for a senior director of development to lead our fundraising program at a pivotal moment for conservation in the Hudson Valley. This is a senior leadership role with real ownership. You'll drive major gifts, grow a planned giving portfolio, manage institutional relationships, and help build the development infrastructure that sustains our work for generations.

You bring 10+ years of fundraising experience, a track record of closing significant gifts, and the ability to connect donors to a mission that is urgent, place-based and enduring.
