The office administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain organizational systems and records, coordinate memberships and business registrations, manage filing systems, and support financial administration through invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with bookkeeping and accounting partners. The role also includes maintaining project tracking systems, supporting reporting requirements, managing documentation, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording meeting notes.

Qualified candidates should have experience in office administration, operations, executive support, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and other office software. Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping coordination, or financial administration is preferred. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
