Land Project Manager
The Methow Conservancy seeks a full-time (32 hours per week) land project manager to work closely with our conservation director and Land program manager to help meet conservation goals through strategic thinking and legal work associated with conservation easements and fee owned properties.
Duties include writing conservation easements and amendments, land purchases, land donations; due diligence including title review and environmental assessments; working with landowners, appraisers, surveyors, and other consultants; supporting stewardship staff; drafting leases, contracts, MOUs; exploring grant opportunities for land conservation; coordinating as necessary with other team members to assist with public relations, communications, and educational activities related to our conservation projects.
Preferred: law degree or master’s degree in natural resources-related field.
