Land's Sake Farm is a nonprofit community farm in Weston, Mass., dedicated to connecting people to the land through sustainable agriculture, education, and hunger relief. With a $3 million annual budget, more than 46 acres, and over 600 education programs reaching around10,000 participants yearly, the organization donates more than 30% of all produce to families across Greater Boston and MetroWest. Following a successful $6.5 million capital campaign, Land's Sake seeks an executive director to lead its next chapter. The ED will set strategic vision, drive fundraising (building on a ~$1 million annual goal), oversee financial and operational health, and serve as a visible community ambassador. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of nonprofit leadership experience, demonstrated fundraising success, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative management style. An affinity for agriculture, food systems, or environmental work is an asset. This is an opportunity to lead a beloved, mission-driven organization with deep community roots and real momentum.
