Executive Director

Founded in 1959, Concord Land Conservation Trust is a community-based land trust dedicated to conserving the natural resources of Concord, Massachusetts. The land trust seeks a mission-driven executive director to lead its next chapter of conservation, stewardship and community engagement.

The executive director is responsible for implementing organizational strategy, advancing fundraising efforts, managing operations, overseeing land stewardship, and leading community outreach and engagement. Working closely with a committed Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers and community partners, the executive director helps ensure the continued protection of open space, resilience of local habitats and ecosystems, and strong connections between people and the land.

This is a full-time leadership opportunity for an energetic nonprofit professional with strong relationship-building skills, operational management experience, and a deep commitment to land conservation and community collaboration.
