The Salisbury Association was founded in 1902 to promote the best interests of the town of Salisbury in Connecticut's northwest corner. Salisbury is a beautiful town with significant core forests, varied terrain, and fertile farm fields. The Appalachian Trail passes through Salisbury, and Salisbury has the highest elevation in Connecticut. SA preserves over 3500 acres of land in Salisbury through fee ownership and conservation easements.
