Gift Planning Officer (Planned Giving)

This role grows and manages a planned giving program by identifying, cultivating and securing legacy gifts, including bequests, estate gifts and non-cash assets. The position oversees a portfolio of planned giving prospects, guiding donors through the giving journey while delivering a personalized and high-quality donor experience. Working closely with marketing, Individual engagement and development teams, the role develops lead-generation strategies, identifies major gift opportunities, and helps increase lifetime donor value. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate donor records, leveraging CRM and prospect research tools to support pipeline growth, ensuring proper gift processing and stewardship and implementing process improvements that enhance donor engagement and operational effectiveness.
